I'm Cornelia.
I spent more than two decades in one of the most male-dominated industries there is, and rose to lead an international business with over US$250 million in annual revenue.
I've been promoted, negotiated my salary, sat at the boardroom table and been made redundant. Along the way I learned that capable people can suddenly feel deeply uncertain when the rules change around them, and that the answer is almost never to become someone else.
Today, through Craftport, I work one-to-one with leaders facing the situations that don't come with a playbook. I also speak to organisations and audiences about leading with your own judgement, values and personality.
